Maggie Kim is well-known as one of the most unique, irrepressible, independent, outspoken and exciting artists in the Asian-American music scene. With heartfelt lyrics and melodic hooks, Maggie's songs have won awards and appeared in TV shows, in the Sundance hit film, "The Motel", and her videos have been shown on MTV K, ImaginAsian TV and M-Net in Korea. Maggie and her band have toured the East Coast, West Coast, Texas and Korea. Maggie and her band are currently being featured in the documentary series, "The Passion America." They are also active in various charities, having performed several benefits, including the Korean American Coalition Fund, Rock The Vote, and The NYC Alliance Against Sexual Abuse. Maggie also organized her own benefit, NY Rocks for Tsunami Relief with Grammy winner John Legend.
